How to Set Up Your Profile
Once your registration has been submitted, you can sign in to the Mightycause platform as a nonprofit administrator.
Your To-Do List on the dashboard will guide you through each step required to complete your profile.
Step 1: Complete Your Organization Page
Introduce your organization to potential donors by filling out the core details on your profile. A clean, visually appealing profile builds trust with donors and increases engagement.
Make sure to:
Write an engaging, but brief “About” section that shares your mission and impact
Upload your logo
Add a banner photo to personalize your profile

Step 2: Add Disbursement Information
Set up how you’ll receive donations. Donations made through Give Greenville go directly and securely to your nonprofit via Mightycause. Your information is stored safely and used only for processing donation payouts.
- We recommend using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for faster, easier disbursements. This will also save you a $5 check processing fee.
- Please ensure your banking details are accurate and up to date to avoid delays.

Step 4: Profile Review & Approval
Once you've completed all items on your To-Do List:
Your profile will be reviewed by our team (please allow 1-2 business days)
Once approved, it will go live and public on the directory

Before promoting your page, we recommend running a test donation to ensure everything works as expected.
